With over 130 years of industry experience, McLane has developed an expansive and agile nationwide network of team members and partners, continually embracing innovation and technology to improve operational efficiency and service quality. McLane places a strong emphasis on a people-centered culture, ongoing team member training, and maintaining secure and reliable client relationships that stand the test of time. As a reputable and established company, McLane is committed to diversity and equal employment opportunities, ensuring all applicants receive fair consideration regardless of age, race, gender, or veteran status.

Now hiring for a CDL-A Delivery Driver position based in Frankfort, Kentucky, McLane offers an exceptional opportunity for experienced drivers to advance their careers in a supportive and rewarding environment. The role involves delivering America’s favorite brands safely and on time across primarily solo 2-day routes, with an emphasis on reliability and adherence to safety protocols. Drivers will enjoy industry-leading pay with first-year income potential of up to $85,000, along with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 depending on experience.

The Delivery Driver's responsibilities include unloading and organizing merchandise in food-safe storage areas, ensuring correct order delivery, and employing equipment such as dollies and ramps for handling cargo up to 50 pounds. McLane emphasizes driver safety and professional development, providing comprehensive benefits starting on day one. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave accrual, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan available after 90 days. Additional perks include pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, tuition reimbursement, and more, reflecting McLane’s commitment to supporting employees’ overall wellbeing and growth.

Candidates should be motivated, safety-focused, reliable, adaptable, and dedicated to building a long-term career with McLane. The company ensures all drivers meet rigorous motor vehicle record and risk rating qualifications and requires proficiency in reading and understanding English for safety and communication. The role offers more frequent home time compared to industry standards, promoting a better work-life balance.

McLane continually advances its legacy as a distribution industry leader by fostering a robust and agile workforce, integrating cutting-edge technologies, and upholding a culture that values every team member’s contribution. Join McLane in moving America’s supply chain forward together while enjoying competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a strong foundation for your driving career.
