McLane is currently seeking CDL-A Delivery Drivers in Frankfort, Kentucky, who are ready to take their careers to new heights. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become a vital part of the McLane team by ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to designated food-safe storage areas. This is a full-time employment opportunity with competitive compensation, where first-year drivers can earn up to $85,000 annually. The position includes a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 dependent on experience, and extensive benefits from day one, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance along with a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) and company-paid life insurance. As a CDL-A Delivery Driver at McLane, your role will be critical in maintaining flawless service levels to clients by unloading products safely, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries using equipment like 2-wheel dollies and ramps, and regularly lifting loads up to 50 pounds. This position requires an individual who is safety-focused, reliable, adaptable, and dedicated to excellence in their work.

Candidates must possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license, have at least one year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience, and meet McLane’s motor vehicle record and risk rating standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English are essential to comply with safety protocols and operational standards effectively.
