The Fleet Driver position at CarMax offers a unique opportunity within this dynamic company. As a Fleet Driver, you will be a critical logistics professional responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles between CarMax stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs, ensuring that inventory flow supports customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you will perform tasks that include loading, securing, transporting, and offloading vehicles, operating equipment with a focus on cleanliness and efficiency, and conducting detailed inspections in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) standards. Logging and maintaining accurate and compliant DOT documentation is also part of your responsibilities. The job requires adherence to stringent safety regulations set by both CarMax and federal laws to mitigate risks and ensure the safe delivery of vehicles.
