This is a full-time career opportunity with a compensation range that estimates annual earnings between $90,000 and $125,000, dependent on route completion and individual performance. The role of Delivery Driver at Sygma Dallas/Ft Worth is central to ensuring the timely, safe, and compliant transportation of food products from warehouse storage to diverse customer locations. Drivers at Sygma operate well-maintained, automatic transmission equipment and work schedules generally confined to no more than 60 hours per week, with dispatch shifts running Sunday through Friday in the evening. The role demands a high level of responsibility which includes safe transportation of goods, precise unloading in strict compliance with company and customer standards, and the management of product condition and paperwork to ensure flawless inventory control and regulatory adherence.

Detailing the scope of responsibilities, drivers must unload products by hand or with mechanical aids, manage returns and damaged goods efficiently, and maintain stringent food safety protocols including temperature regulation and prevention of cross contamination. The physical demands require a high level of fitness and stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and effectively use a two-wheeled hand cart to transport heavier loads, while also adhering to safety procedures to prevent injury. Another key component of this role is the ability to read, write, and communicate in English proficiently to maintain safety, compliance, and customer service standards. The work environment may expose drivers to extreme weather conditions, demanding schedules, and requires consistent adherence to safety regulations.
