The Driver, Formula CDL-A position represents a critical role in the food supply chain by ensuring food and related products are delivered efficiently and safely to customers. This role requires operating a tractor trailer or straight truck on various routes including intrastate, interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop routes. Route assignments include a combination of solo and team routes with occasional out-of-state layovers twice per week, making this a dynamic job with varied experiences. The candidate must possess an interstate commercial driver’s license (CDL) without K restrictions, which qualifies them to operate commercial vehicles across state lines.

The position offers competitive compensation with a weekly minimum of $1,540 when on the route, and provides newer truck equipment including all automatic trucks. Job duties include ramp work, handling touch freight, and managing breakdown mixed pallets to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
