The company is opening a new location in Fresno, CA in 2026 and is actively seeking qualified candidates to join their team as CDL-A Drivers under the Formula program. The position is a critical role within the food supply chain, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of fresh and perishable food products. This role involves a combination of solo and team routes, including out-of-state layovers twice per week, and requires possession of an interstate commercial driver’s license without K restrictions. Drivers will operate newer automatic trucks and equipment, engaging in ramp work and handling touch freight and mixed pallets. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and operational excellence to maintain the high standards of the company. Drivers will be compensated with a weekly minimum pay of $1,540 while on route, along with competitive benefits including Day 1 health and wellness coverage, an employee stock purchase plan, 401K employer matching, education assistance, and paid time off.
