Drivers must also execute damage control, collect payments when necessary, handle customer returns, and ensure that vehicles and cargo remain secure throughout their routes. This position requires physical agility, including the ability to hand-lift and use equipment like two-wheelers and lift gates to move product cases weighing from 10 to 90 pounds. Drivers are expected to uphold a safe and clean working environment, complete detailed logs following federal and state regulations, and be proactive in reporting safety concerns.
