Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must be 21 years or older
- valid CDL-A license
- meet all state licensing and certification requirements where applicable
- clean motor vehicle report for past 3 years
- pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
- pass road test
- valid DOT health card or ability to secure one
- able to hand-lift and use equipment to move product cases weighing between approximately 10 to 90 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- must be 21 years of age or older

- pass road test
- attains or has a valid current DOT health card or able to secure a new DOT health card
- able to hand-lift and utilize equipment to move and stack product cases of varying sizes and weights
Job Duties
- Performs all required safety checks including pre/post trip inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to DOT regulations
- follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies
- immediately reports all safety hazards and inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight
- performs count check of items and checks customer invoices of products loaded
- moves tractor to loading dock and attaches preloaded trailer as needed
- drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule
- unloads products and transports items into designated customer storage areas
- performs damage control checks on items and contacts supervisor about removing orders according to company policy
- verifies delivery of items with customer and obtains proper signatures
- collects money where required
- loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors
- ensures tractor, trailer, and freight are properly secured
- unloads damaged goods and customer returns and completes necessary paperwork
- completes daily record of hours of service and enters logs in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements
- performs general housekeeping duties in tractor and loading dock area
- performs other related duties as assigned
