Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- one year of commercial driving experience
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- pass pre-employment drug screen
- ability to manually handle freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License
- minimum 21 years of age
- at least one year of driving experience with a clean driving record
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- physical capability to handle freight
- strong customer service skills
- experience with local delivery preferred but not required
- ability to follow safety and company procedures
Job Duties
- Safely operate tractor-trailer trucks on assigned local routes
- manually unload and deliver a variety of products including meats, produce, frozen foods, and groceries
- build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly service
- follow scheduled routes and delivery times to ensure timely service
- lift, push, or move freight weighing between 40 to 100 pounds as needed
- comply with all federal, state, and company safety regulations
- participate in ongoing training and development programs
