The Local CDL-A Delivery Driver role at Sysco involves the safe and timely operation of tractor-trailers to deliver a wide variety of food products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and essential supplies. Drivers will follow assigned route schedules ensuring products are unloaded and delivered manually at customer locations with care and professionalism. In this position, drivers establish strong relationships with customers through a positive and friendly attitude, becoming familiar with each customer's operation to meet their specific needs and expectations. Drivers are expected to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and maneuvering products weighing between 40 to 60 pounds on average, with occasional weights up to 100 pounds. The role requires flexibility in work hours, including overtime, Saturdays, and holidays as necessary.

Sysco offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $29.60 during training, increasing to $37.00 post-training, plus the opportunity to earn up to $115,000 annually, including base pay, overtime, and incentives.
