Drivers are responsible for safely driving vehicles to deliver food products to customers, carefully unloading products using equipment such as two-wheelers or pallet jacks, and verifying the accuracy of deliveries with customers, ensuring the right products reach the right destinations. The job also includes obtaining proper signatures, handling collections and payments when applicable, and maintaining professionalism in all customer interactions to enhance the client experience. Physical demands include the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to over 80 pounds of product repeatedly during each shift, working comfortably in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops. To be eligible, candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid CDL Class A license with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications, and have a minimum of six months commercial driving experience in any industry or three months in food and beverage delivery. Experience with manual transmission is preferred, and proficiency in English is essential for communication and recording accurate information.
