Starting with a competitive training pay of $27.81 per hour, drivers transition to a component pay structure based on mileage, stops, and cases, averaging $32.00 per hour. The job offers flexible scheduling options including 4- or 5-day workweeks with start times between 3 AM and 6 AM, designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.
