Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to handle freight weighing 40-60 pounds on average and up to 100 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
- Preferred 1 year of customer delivery experience
- Preferred 6 months of hand cart or hand truck experience
- Preferred 6 months of food and beverage experience
- Preferred 2 years of consistent work history
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Customer delivery experience preferred
- Experience with hand cart or hand truck operation preferred
- Food and beverage industry experience preferred
- Consistent work history over the past 2 years preferred
Job Duties
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver food products and supplies to customer locations
- Manually unload and deliver freight, including lifting products weighing up to 100 pounds
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional communication
- Follow assigned route schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle problems to management promptly
