This role offers full-time employment with an average annual salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 plus, featuring uncapped pay potential. In addition to competitive pay, the company rewards its employees with quarterly safety bonuses and unlimited referral bonuses, which can earn drivers $2,500 per referral. The work schedule typically consists of a 4- or 5-day week, with additional days available and up to two nights out per week. Drivers receive approximately $145 for per diem and overnight compensation. New drivers are also eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, provided they have not worked for a PFG-owned company within the past six months. The position of Delivery Driver at Performance Foodservice is critical in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the nation’s food distribution system.
