We are currently seeking CDL-A Drivers to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting America’s food distribution system. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay with newer drivers making approximately $70,000 annually, supplemented by a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Additionally, drivers are eligible for up to $3,400 annually in safety bonuses. As a CDL-A Driver, you will be responsible for operating tractor trailers or straight trucks to deliver food and food service products on intrastate, interstate, and local routes, including over-the-road, shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop assignments. The position requires adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, maintaining the safety and integrity of freight, and delivering products in a timely and professional manner. Drivers are expected to perform all required safety inspections, secure freight correctly, manage customer interactions with professionalism, and complete necessary documentation accurately. This role demands physical activity, including the ability to hand-lift and use equipment such as two-wheelers and lift gates to move and stack product cases that typically weigh between 10-35 pounds, with some items reaching 60-90 pounds depending on the location.
