The CDL-A Delivery Driver role involves operating and maneuvering tractor-trailers with professionalism and care, maintaining compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and providing high-quality service to clients. Drivers will engage in routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections, handle accurate delivery documentation, and unload products safely on customer premises. McLane recognizes the critical role drivers play in the supply chain and rewards them with a competitive pay range from $75,000 to $105,000 annually, a $10,000 sign-on bonus distributed over the first year, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan after 90 days. This position is well-suited for candidates who are at least 21 years old, possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A), have one year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer experience, and meet McLane's motor vehicle record and risk rating qualifications.
