This particular role is an entry-level Driver Trainee opportunity designed for individuals wanting to grow within the food distribution industry. The position offers a structured training program where the trainee learns to operate tractor trailers or straight trucks both intrastate and interstate. Trainees are involved in local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight delivery routes with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. The work schedule generally spans 4 to 5 days a week from Monday through Saturday, beginning early in the morning and continuing until the day's deliveries are complete.
