The CDL-A Driver position at Performance Foodservice is a pivotal role within the company’s food supply chain. Drivers are tasked with ensuring timely and safe delivery of food and food-related products to customers while serving as the face of PFG. Based in Dover, FL, this role offers competitive pay ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually depending on route and schedule, with an opportunity for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 based on verifiable foodservice delivery experience. The schedule typically spans Monday through Saturday with alternating Saturdays off, and dispatch times vary between 12:30 am and 5:30 am, with routes averaging 10 to 12 hours. The CDL-A Driver is responsible for operating tractor trailers or straight trucks across local, intrastate, interstate, shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop routes.
