Now hiring for a CDL A Delivery Driver position based in Naperville, IL, Staffmark offers a competitive pay rate of $30.00 to $32.00 per hour. This is a full-time role scheduled Monday through Friday, from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM, with the significant benefit of being home every night. The position involves operating a Class A CDL tractor-trailer on a dedicated local route committed to delivering automotive parts freight efficiently and on schedule to car dealerships. Drivers will complete around six scheduled stops per shift, managing real-time freight handling that involves loading and unloading using equipment such as liftgates, pallet jacks, and cages. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every delivery, underscoring the importance of routine equipment inspections and compliance with DOT and company regulations. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting and moving freight up to 50 lbs and maintaining excellent customer service standards at dealership locations.
