This full-time, Monday through Friday role features a dispatch time between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM, and drivers typically work four 10-12 hour shifts, with a fifth day on call depending on volume. Starting training pay is $31.15 per hour, and once drivers are assigned to a route, the rate increases to $34.43 per hour. First-year drivers commonly earn over $95,000 annually, with the potential to advance to $36.70 per hour or more after one year.
