The role of a US Foods Driver is a critical position within the organization, responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently to customers. This full-time, Monday through Friday role features a dispatch time between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM, and drivers typically work four 10-12 hour shifts, with a fifth day on call depending on volume. English language proficiency is necessary for effective communication, understanding highway signs, responding to inquiries, and completing documentation.

Job Requirements
- Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum six months commercial driving experience or three months commercial driving experience in food and/or beverage delivery industry
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather
- Must be able to read and communicate in English

Job Duties
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
- Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
- Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
- Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
- Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection
