This full-time position offers competitive compensation, with drivers earning an average annual salary between $90,000 and $95,000, and top-performing drivers having the potential to earn over $100,000 per year. Additionally, McLane offers a $7,500 CDL-A Driver Retention Bonus and a $3,000 CDL-A Driver Referral Bonus, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding dedication and teamwork.

CDL-A Delivery Drivers at McLane are entrusted with inspecting tractor-trailers before and after trips to identify defects and ensure safety compliance by submitting accurate DOT inspection reports. These drivers are responsible for verifying load documents such as bills of lading and managing store keys during off-hour deliveries, requiring attention to detail and reliability.
