The Dedicated Truck Driver role at Schneider is a full-time position that offers an average weekly pay range of $1,160 to $1,420. Drivers are assigned to haul retail freight using dry van trailers, focusing on routes within Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. This job promises a balanced work-life experience with weekly home time and 3 to 6 loads per week. The freight handled is 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook, meaning drivers are not required to physically load or unload freight, which contributes to a more efficient and less physically demanding work environment.

In this position, drivers receive mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty but not driving, along with weekly performance pay. The company provides paid orientation to ensure drivers are well-prepared for their routes and responsibilities. After 6 months of employment, drivers are eligible for paid time off and receive 6 days of holiday pay annually. An annual bonus opportunity allows drivers to earn up to 2% of their annual gross pay, rewarding loyalty and performance.
