This position is for a dedicated truck driver to support Coca-Cola’s transportation needs. As a dedicated driver, you will be responsible for hauling food and beverage products in dry van trailers, focusing on 100% no-touch freight and 60% drop-and-hook freight. This role involves performing slow-speed maneuvers and complex backing regularly, showcasing a high level of driving skill and safety awareness. You will typically handle 2 to 4 loads per week, with one stop-off per load, operating within the states of Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. Schneider offers an average weekly pay of $1,050 to $1,300, including mileage pay plus hourly pay during on-duty but not driving hours. Weekly performance pay, paid orientation, paid time off after six months, holiday pay, and an annual bonus of up to 2% of annual gross pay further enhance the compensation package.
