This opportunity is for a Dedicated Truck Driver based out of Phoenix, AZ, responsible for hauling flooring tile in dry van trailers primarily between Phoenix, AZ, and Moreno Valley, CA. This role requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and is open to all CDL holders living within 50 miles of Phoenix. Drivers will benefit from a consistent weekly route with dependable paychecks, typically earning between $1,110 and $1,350 weekly. The position features a 100% no-touch freight policy, meaning drivers do not handle loading or unloading of cargo, and approximately 75% drop-and-hook freight assignments, which allows for efficient load management and reduces wait times. Drivers can expect to complete 5 to 10 loads weekly, allowing for predictable schedules and weekly home time.

The compensation package for this role is comprehensive, combining mileage pay with hourly pay for on-duty but non-driving times. Experienced drivers qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid out over 12 months, while less experienced drivers receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus, also paid monthly during the first year. Additional financial incentives include weekly performance pay, paid orientation, paid time off after six months of service, six days of holiday pay per year, and the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to 2% of their gross annual pay.
