This opportunity is for a Dedicated Team Truck Driver position based in Henderson, Colorado, focusing on dry van trailer hauling of home improvement supplies. As a team driver, you and your partner will work together to ensure safe and timely deliveries while enjoying the perks of regular home time on a weekly basis. This role involves 100% no-touch freight handling and 90% drop-and-hook operations, minimizing manual labor and maximizing efficiency. Drivers can expect about 10 loads per week, traveling within the states of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa. Schneider values work-life balance, supporting drivers with their Team Pet Policy that allows you to bring your dog or cat on the road with you.

The compensation package includes mileage pay plus hourly wages for on-duty time not spent driving, weekly performance bonuses, and significant sign-on bonuses for both experienced and inexperienced drivers. Experienced drivers can earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid out monthly over the first year, while those newer to the profession can receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus under the same terms. Additionally, drivers receive paid orientation, paid time off after six months, six days of holiday pay annually, and an annual bonus amounting to 2% of gross pay each year.
