The company is currently seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Dedicated CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver to join their team. This role involves operating a day cab tractor pulling a flatbed trailer carrying steel beams to various locations within the Tri-State area, including Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting freight in compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations while maintaining excellent communication with customers and accounts managers. This position features a competitive pay structure, including $0.84 per mile and $19.48 per stop, along with attractive incentives such as a $2500 sign-on bonus and a $71.75 bonus for work within the five boroughs of New York City.

Drivers will work Monday through Friday with start times between 4 am to 7 am, offering a consistent schedule ideal for work-life balance. Weekly pay is delivered every Friday through direct deposit, and the company provides modern day cab tractors for comfort and reliability on the road. Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
  • Minimum 1 year of recent CDL-A flatbed tractor trailer experience
  • Currently hold, or obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • No more than three moving violations and or accidents within the last three years, subject to review
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Completing deliveries to location(s) based on daily manifest as well as picking up potential returns, as needed
  • Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight
  • adhering to all DOT regulations and guidelines
  • Building relationships through excellent communication with customers and account managers
  • Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
