Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license
- 24 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 5 years
- 12 months of port and rail experience within the last 5 years
- TWIC card required
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with only one at-fault accident allowed
- Consistent work history
- No Clearinghouse violations
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum 24 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 5 years
- At least 12 months of port and rail experience within the last 5 years
- TWIC card required
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with no more than one at-fault accident
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Consistent and stable work history with no Clearinghouse violations
Job Duties
- Drive tractor-trailer units to transport containers within port terminals and rail yards
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and transportation regulations
- Load and unload freight containers efficiently while maintaining cargo security
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and port personnel to coordinate delivery and pickup schedules
- Maintain accurate logs of work hours, vehicle inspections, and delivery records
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols in high-traffic port and rail environments
