Job Duties

  • Report to work by designed time with all required licenses and medical certificates

  • Return empty pallets and handle all empties and unsold products safely
  • Collect and verify monies and secure payments on the truck
  • Ensure delivery invoices are signed by self and customer
  • Follow company procedures for price discrepancies and invoicing
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on assigned truck
  • Communicate with sales department regarding special needs and delivery issues
  • Obey all traffic laws and park truck to avoid interfering with customers
  • Ensure truck is properly loaded and secure loads to prevent damage
  • Report needed truck repairs and maintain cleanliness of the truck
  • Accurately record all time worked and comply with company policies
