Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliable service, and outstanding customer care. As a community-focused company, Apollo Plumbing values the satisfaction of its clients and strives to maintain the highest standards in the plumbing industry. The company fosters a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth, learning, and collaborative teamwork among its employees.

The role of Customer Care Representative (CCR) / Dispatch Hybrid at Apollo Plumbing is a pivotal position designed to support smooth daily operations and enhance the customer experience. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Customer Care Representative and a Dispatcher, focusing on managing incoming customer interactions, efficiently coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and field staff. This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 and requires a 40-hour work week, with work being conducted onsite. The position demands high levels of organization, communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

As a CCR / Dispatch Hybrid, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing empathetic support using established call scripts. Your role will be central to maintaining operational flow by scheduling technicians for service calls, notifying customers of any changes, and ensuring technicians arrive promptly. Additionally, you will assist in conducting follow-up calls to confirm customer satisfaction, processing payments, and maintaining detailed records in ServiceTitan software. This position also involves performing general administrative tasks to support office efficiency.

Ideal candidates for this role are customer-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, alongside being reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable with work hours. While a high school diploma or GED is required, an associate degree is preferred. Bilingual abilities are considered a plus but are not mandatory. In this role, your contributions will directly impact customer retention, service quality, and operational success, making it a critical component of Apollo Plumbing's continued growth and customer satisfaction efforts.
