Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum two months experience in related position
- Basic math skills
- Verbal communication and guest service skills
- Prior money handling skills
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of commercial espresso machines and cooking equipment
- Basic knowledge of beverages
- Ability to obtain food handlers certification prior to start
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license

Job Duties
- Welcome and connect with every guest that approaches Cayuse Kapi
- Discover guests needs and appropriately suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals
- Prepare beverage and food of the highest quality by following standards of service for Cayuse Kapi
- Prepare deli food items such as sandwiches, salads, and desserts as required
- Operate cash register and handle money efficiently and promptly
- Clean and maintain the appearance of merchandise and guest areas
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Learn the STC mission statement and strive to excel with guest service standards
- Multi-task and assist guests swiftly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with guests, teammates, and management
- React to issues and problem solve while complying with SOPs, ICs, and the STC Handbook
- Report any issues to supervisory and management staff for service recovery
- Monitor stock and communicate inventory needs
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of fresh order items
- Perform other duties as assigned
