  • Minimum two months experience in related position
  • Basic math skills
  • Verbal communication and guest service skills
  • Prior money handling skills
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of commercial espresso machines and cooking equipment
  • Basic knowledge of beverages
  • Ability to obtain food handlers certification prior to start
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license

Job Duties

  • Welcome and connect with every guest that approaches Cayuse Kapi
  • Discover guests needs and appropriately suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals
  • Prepare beverage and food of the highest quality by following standards of service for Cayuse Kapi
  • Prepare deli food items such as sandwiches, salads, and desserts as required
  • Operate cash register and handle money efficiently and promptly
  • Clean and maintain the appearance of merchandise and guest areas
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests
  • Learn the STC mission statement and strive to excel with guest service standards
  • Multi-task and assist guests swiftly and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with guests, teammates, and management
  • React to issues and problem solve while complying with SOPs, ICs, and the STC Handbook
  • Report any issues to supervisory and management staff for service recovery
  • Monitor stock and communicate inventory needs
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of fresh order items
  • Perform other duties as assigned
