The Catering Supervisor position with the Toledo Mud Hens in Toledo, OH, represents an exciting opportunity to join this well-established company in a key leadership role. The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating catering orders, working directly with customers for event planning, and ensuring clear, cost-effective pricing. Job Duties

  • Receive catering orders and coordinate service with individual customers
  • Work with customers for event planning and ensure accurate cost effective pricing
  • Ensure preparation, delivery, and display of hot and cold catering and other prepared items
  • Schedule team members to ensure appropriate coverage and service for events
  • Maintain budget in all financial areas including food, labor, and other operating costs
  • Ensure high quality products and service
  • Follow up on all catered events
  • Work with management team regarding menu concepts and special events
  • Professionally engage with individuals at all levels at the account
  • Oversee the care and operation of delivery vehicles
