Job Description
Our company is proud to be part of the prestigious FIFA World Cup 26™ Premium Hospitality Programs, delivering exceptional experiences for one of the most iconic sports events globally. We specialize in premium event hospitality, focusing on creating unforgettable moments through impeccable service and attention to detail within premium lounges. These lounges serve commercial and invited guests, providing a luxurious environment where each visitor feels valued and enjoys an elevated experience throughout the event days.
As a dynamic and motivated Catering Supervisor for our lounges, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations that ensure seamless and high-quality hospitality service. You will oversee all catering activities across multiple premium lounges within the venue, ensuring that each service element meets the exacting tournament and venue standards. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that every touchpoint, from product presentation to cleanliness and overall readiness of lounge setups, reflects the premium nature of our hospitality offering.
This role demands a proactive professional who is not only skilled in operational supervision but also adept at maintaining clear and constant communication between clients, catering teams, and venue management. You will act as the primary on-the-floor contact for lounge guests, addressing their needs expediently and effectively while also resolving any service challenges that arise. Monitoring product usage and tracking daily KPIs diligently will be vital for assessing performance and reporting to senior management consistently. Moreover, your contribution to managing operational workflows will guarantee smooth match day service, coordinating resources and logistics while upholding all safety and tournament policies.
The position is ideally suited for a catering or hospitality professional with 3 to 5 years of experience particularly in multi-unit operations and staff leadership. An educational background in Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or Food Service, complemented by proficiency in various software tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, DocuSign, and Smartsheet, will position you for success. Your role will require exceptional organizational capabilities, an ability to maintain composure under pressure, and the interpersonal skills necessary to navigate and foster collaborative team environments.
As part of the venue operations team, your commitment to excellence, reliability, and flexibility will help deliver a world-class hospitality experience. This role is paid on a weekly basis, based on a 40-hour work week, and includes the possibility of working long days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the tournament period. If you are passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced settings, and enjoy leading teams to exceed expectations, we welcome your application to join us in making the FIFA World Cup 26™ Premium Hospitality Programs a resounding success.
