Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of alcohol policies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage management

Job Duties
- Oversee and or participate in stand set up and closing procedures
- Ensure that all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
- Order replacement stock
- Efficiently and accurately complete any required paperwork
- Ensure staff are adhering to alcohol policies
- Manage staff to ensure food prep meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of Health
- Fill any position in any location as needed
- Knowledges of POS systems
- Assist with scheduling
- Interact with guests in friendly, positive and professional demeanor
- Maintain a clean, neat and safe environment
- Work as a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
