Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food and beverage service
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of alcohol policies
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Oversee and or participate in stand set up and closing procedures
Ensure that all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
Order replacement stock
Efficiently and accurately complete any required paperwork
Ensure staff are adhering to alcohol policies
Manage staff to ensure food prep meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of Health
Fill any position in any location as needed
Knowledges of POS systems
Assist with scheduling
Interact with guests in friendly, positive and professional demeanor
Maintain a clean, neat and safe environment
Work as a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule
