Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in catering or related hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Basic inventory and logistics management skills
- Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting
Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise all catering activities under the Catering Manager's direction
- Work with production, conference services, and sales teams to execute events
- Review event details with the Catering Manager and Executive Chef, manage inventories, and order products and equipment
- Coordinate with catering staff and other departments for event setup, delivery, and breakdown
- Ensure sanitation, safety, and organization standards are met
- Maintain records and prepare reports for event improvement
- Address complaints, problems, and feedback from customers or staff
- Send Event Summaries to Catering Manager for assigned events, detailing team, client, operational wins and opportunities
- Ensure catering equipment is returned and properly stored
- Meet with event contacts and ensure all needs are met
- Oversee the execution of designated events, ensuring quality service
- Provide high-level service at all functions
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
