The Catering Staff are responsible for transporting all necessary equipment, food, and beverages to event locations in a safe and efficient manner. They ensure that event venues are properly arranged according to client specifications and banquet event orders, which includes setting up tables, chairs, buffet stations, and related equipment.
Throughout the event, the Catering Staff must maintain food and beverage availability, keeping service areas clean, organized, and visually appealing. Post-event duties include thorough cleanup, dismantling the setup, and handling any leftover items appropriately. Delivering excellent customer service is a vital aspect of this role, as Catering Staff engage directly with event attendees, ensuring that guests’ needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and courteously.
