Job Duties

Exhibits exemplary guest service throughout the entire process of delivery orders or full-service events
Handles multiple priorities, works under stress, and exercises good judgment in guest situations and complaints
Provides daily oversight and manages logistics of catering operations
Manages timeline and appropriate planning for both people and product
Follows processes as instructed by Catering Operations Manager
Adheres to recipes and procedures to maintain product specifications
Uses preparation and production sheets effectively in operations and training
Manages issues or conflicts professionally and productively
Sets a standard of personal appearance to instill pride in the team
Works in all weather conditions to ensure task completion and guest satisfaction
Performs side duties including cleaning catering equipment, organizing supplies, washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and food production duties
Cleans and maintains catering vehicles with proper service recordkeeping
Complies with health and safety regulations
Organizes, leads, and motivates the catering team
Teaches, trains, and upholds catering standards
Places to-go orders and handles phone calls with a friendly voice
Helps ensure efficient, smooth restaurant flow
Communicates with store and catering management regularly for guest satisfaction
