- Experience in ensuring compliance with state and local health and safety regulations

- Two years of supervisory experience with direct supervision of food production staff
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
- Knowledge of purchasing, food handling, and food storage regulations
- Good written and oral communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and present delicious food that will wow our clients and guests
- Assist in developing menus that are both creative and cost-effective
- Supervise and guide our awesome culinary team to ensure top-notch food production
- Make sure we're following all the food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
- Keep an eye on purchasing, food handling, and storage to ensure everything is up to code
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients, both in writing and speaking
- Help maintain a fun and friendly work environment while keeping everything running smoothly
