Our culinary organization is renowned for its commitment to craft, precision, and hospitality excellence, positioning us as a leader in the high-volume and creative catering industry. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional food experiences at scale, we pride ourselves on a kitchen environment that supports refined production techniques and live event execution. Our team places a premium on leadership, adaptability, and maintaining the highest standards of culinary arts and customer service.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is designed for a culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments and who brings a blend of culinary talent and operational discipline. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure that every dish meets our standards of creativity, consistency, and efficiency. This hands-on leadership position involves managing daily kitchen operations, overseeing production planning, guiding and mentoring kitchen staff, and ensuring smooth execution of events from prep to service.
This role requires someone who values teamwork, leads by example, and has a genuine passion for producing seasonal, thoughtfully crafted food. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in high-volume kitchens, preferably with a background in catering or event-focused culinary operations. As a pivotal member of our team, the Sous Chef will uphold food quality, safety, and sanitation standards, while also managing inventory and vendor relationships. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute creatively to menus and event experiences, fostering an environment of professional growth and accountability.
The schedule offers a balance of structured production work and the excitement of live event environments, requiring flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends. If you are a culinary professional who is energized by variety, takes pride in your craft, and is committed to excellence in food and service, we invite you to join our team and help us create extraordinary culinary experiences for our clients. This is an employment opportunity for someone ready to take their career to the next level within a supportive and ambitious organization that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and a dedication to unforgettable events.
