We are currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The Sous Chef will partner closely with the Executive Chef to execute menus with consistency, creativity, and efficiency, ensuring that every event we cater is memorable and flawless. This hands-on leadership position requires managing daily kitchen operations, including production planning, overseeing preparation, and executing event service. Job Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a high-volume professional kitchen
- catering or events experience strongly preferred
- ability to manage multiple timelines while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- strong organizational and communication skills
- solutions-oriented mindset and ability to lead calmly under pressure
- passion for seasonal, thoughtful, and well-executed food
- flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- comfortable using kitchen-related technology and computer systems
Job Qualifications
