Job Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a high-volume professional kitchen
  • catering or events experience strongly preferred
  • ability to manage multiple timelines while maintaining composure and attention to detail
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • solutions-oriented mindset and ability to lead calmly under pressure
  • passion for seasonal, thoughtful, and well-executed food
  • flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • comfortable using kitchen-related technology and computer systems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • partner closely with the executive chef to execute menus with consistency, creativity, and efficiency
  • lead daily kitchen operations including production planning, prep oversight, and event execution
  • supervise and guide kitchen staff during production days, tastings, and on-site events
  • oversee corporate drop-off catering production ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation standards
  • uphold all food quality, sanitation, and safety standards across production and service
  • assist with ordering, inventory management, and vendor coordination
  • train, mentor, and support kitchen team members fostering accountability and professional growth
  • step seamlessly into service and production needs as this is a hands-on leadership role
