The role demands rigorous enforcement of sanitation, organization, and safety standards by using checklists, hands-on supervision, and diligent follow-up. Participation in all catering training programs is expected, alongside helping to develop and implement training for hourly, part-time, and student employees. The lead will support the implementation and adherence to all Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines, ensuring a consistent and high-quality catering service.
