The role of Catering Service Worker Lead at Aramark is a pivotal position responsible for supervising and supporting the planning and execution of catering events of various sizes and complexities in both central and satellite locations. The position also involves overseeing event setup and breakdown, managing the proper storage of catering equipment, and ensuring completion of side work to keep the team on task. The Caterer Service Worker Lead is expected to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities under strict timelines, participate actively in catering training programs, and contribute to the development and implementation of training for hourly employees. This role requires close collaboration with management and team members to achieve goals and resolve challenges, upholding Aramark policies, reporting any infractions, and fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.

Job Requirements
