Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel or banquet setting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and emotional intelligence skills
  • Ability to maintain emotional control and lead under stress
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
  • Must be able to follow instructions, read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
  • Must possess a valid Oregon State Driver's License
  • Must possess OLCC Alcohol Server Permit
  • Must possess Food Handler Card
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
  • Must be willing to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in establishing and enforcement of safe practices amongst staff
  • Lead and delegate tasks during events to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional and courteous service
  • Collaborate with management and team to achieve goals and resolve challenges
  • Maintain high standards in food presentation, table setup, and overall service quality
  • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and proper storage of catering equipment
  • Ensure side work completion and keep team members on task
  • Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently under strict timelines
  • Participate in all catering training programs
  • Help to develop and implement training programs for hourly employees
  • Uphold Aramark policies, report infractions, and foster an inclusive work culture
