The role of Catering Services Worker is integral to Aramark’s event operations team, supporting the seamless execution of catering orders and events. This position typically offers an hourly wage ranging from 16 to 20 dollars and may require working event-based hours. The Catering Services Worker is responsible for preparing event spaces by setting up catering and event services according to specific client or customer requests and banquet event orders. This includes transporting and delivering all necessary food, beverages, equipment, and supplies to the event location. During the event, the worker replenishes food and beverage items and provides exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive event experience. After the event concludes, the role involves breaking down and cleaning the area, returning equipment to storage, and maintaining food service area cleanliness throughout.
Candidates need to possess physical stamina as the role may entail lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Aramark requires the completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training for this position, and adherence to a designated dress code is mandatory. Job Requirements
- Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training
- Ability to work event-based hours
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow assigned dress code
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order
- Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
- Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order
- Replenish food and beverage products during events
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
- Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
- Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Follow safety policies and procedures
