The Catering Services Worker role at Aramark is essential to the smooth execution of events and catering services within various locations. This role supports the event operations team by assisting with the setup, execution, and teardown of catering events. Responsibilities include transporting food, equipment, and supplies to event locations, arranging event setups such as chairs, tables, and buffet lines as outlined in the banquet event orders, serving guests during events, replenishing food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the event duration.
Essential to this position is the ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience. The Catering Services Worker must also adhere to safety policies to promote a safe working environment. Physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking are part of this role, and the worker is required to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as necessary. This role requires flexibility to work event-based hours and the successful completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training.

Job Requirements
- Must be available to work event-based hours
- must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required
- must follow the required dress code as assigned
- previous customer service experience preferred
- previous catering experience preferred
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
- may be required to lift, bend, push, pull and/or walk or stand for extended periods
- may be required to wear uniforms and/or use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Duties
- Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order
- transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
- set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order
- replenish food and beverage products during events
- maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
- pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
- break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage
- provide excellent customer service to all guests
- follow safety policies and procedures
