Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- Direct daily activities
- Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality
- Ensure safe and organized food storage
- Maintain serving schedules following policies
- Keep sanitary conditions per health codes
- Maintain accurate weekly inventory
- Prepare orders as needed
- Supervise and evaluate employees
- Counsel and promote employee growth and morale
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment
- Train and mentor food service workers
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs
- Ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs
- Perform preventative maintenance checklist
- Recommend equipment replacement
- Multi-task effectively
- Perform other duties as requested
- Fill in for absent employees
- Oversee catering event preparation and delivery
- Work occasional nights and weekends
- Attend staff meetings
- Maintain staff communication
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Promote good public relations
