The Food Service Supervisor role at Aramark offers a full-time opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated food services team. Reporting alongside a manager, the supervisor will help coordinate daily food service operations and oversee staff performance. Supervising and evaluating employees is a critical element of this role, including counseling, mentoring, and promoting teamwork and morale among staff members. The Food Service Supervisor will also handle occasional cashier duties and fill in for absent employees to ensure continuous operations.

This role requires the ability to multitask effectively, maintain emotional control under stress, and resolve interpersonal situations with strong organizational skills. The supervisor will attend food service meetings, maintain effective communication with team members through various channels, and participate in night and weekend catered events as required.
