This position is for a Food Service Supervisor, a critical role responsible for overseeing the food service operation to guarantee quality, safety, and efficiency. The role involves supervising, training, and managing the food service team to ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served in line with menu specifications and safety standards. The Food Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining a clean, hazard-free, and organized environment according to health and safety regulations. This leadership position requires the ability to produce and maintain work schedules, direct daily activities, and manage food production to ensure it meets all policies, procedures, and quality standards.

The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records weekly and may prepare vendor orders to support efficient production at the location. Strong emphasis is placed on cost-effective program management, employee growth, and morale, fostering teamwork and efficiency among staff. The role requires a hands-on approach in maintaining sanitary conditions and serving schedules to uphold the reputation and compliance of the operation.

This hourly position offers competitive compensation ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
