Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- sanitation course completion required before or during the first year as a lead
- basic arithmetic skills
- capability to maintain emotional control under stress
- interpersonal conflict resolution skills
- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand or walk for extended periods
- willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules
- prepare production records
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality
- ensure food items stored safely and hazard-free
- maintain serving schedules as per menu specifications
- uphold sanitary standards following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare vendor orders for accurate production
- operate cost-effective programs
- supervise and evaluate employees
- counsel employees
- promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
