Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • may require physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
  • may require uniform and use of personal protective equipment
  • ability to maintain emotional control under stress
  • ability to resolve interpersonal situations
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • produce and maintain work schedules
  • prepare production records
  • direct daily activities
  • maintain food production ensuring safety and quality
  • ensure food items are stored safely and organized
  • maintain serving schedules according to menu and policies
  • maintain sanitary conditions following health and safety codes
  • maintain accurate inventory weekly
  • prepare vendor orders as needed
  • operate efficient and cost-effective programs
  • supervise and evaluate employees
  • promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
