Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- may require physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing

Job Duties
- produce and maintain work schedules
- prepare production records
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality
- ensure food items are stored safely and organized
- maintain serving schedules according to menu and policies
- maintain sanitary conditions following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate inventory weekly
- prepare vendor orders as needed
- operate efficient and cost-effective programs
- supervise and evaluate employees
- promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
