The Food Service Supervisor role at Aramark is an integral position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food service department. This role involves supervising, training, and managing food service personnel to ensure smooth operational flow and high-quality food production. The supervisor is tasked with sustaining food production quality while upholding safety standards and department protocols. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and walk or stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and health and safety codes
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory
