Aramark’s mission centers on service and enabling employee growth, emphasizing talent development, passion fueling, and professional empowerment.

The Catering Services Manager role at Aramark is a pivotal leadership position responsible for orchestrating all aspects of catering solutions and special events at a given location. This role includes leading the catering team to execute event and catering delivery requests that meet and exceed customer expectations and high service standards. The manager plays a vital role in planning, organizing, and delivering exceptional catering events that bring creative solutions and quality presentations to clients. The position demands a high level of coordination and execution skills in managing staffing, labor targets, event setup, and banquet event order adherence. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership experience, event management expertise, hospitality knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This role demands the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods, reflecting the dynamic, hands-on nature of catering and event management.
